Compliance
A chain of trust, documented from mine to vault.
Gold trading carries serious obligations. We document them through verified provenance, identity checks, retained records and annual audits.
LBMA standards
Our bullion follows London market good-delivery specifications for weight, fineness, hallmarking and serial numbering.
OECD guidance
Due diligence for minerals from conflict-affected areas is applied to every mining supplier.
KYC / AML-CFT
Seller identification, proof of provenance and reporting of transactions above legal thresholds.
Chain of custody
Every lot is photographed, sealed, numbered and tracked from deposit through release or refining.
Documents required before any transaction
- Valid national identity document or passport
- Proof of address issued within the last three months
- Mining licence, invoice or certificate of gold provenance
- For companies: business registration and beneficial owner identification
We refuse any transaction whose provenance cannot be established and report suspicious activity to the competent authorities of the Republic of The Gambia.
